Some important information concerning your dining experience at Avatara.

Dietary specification:

• Guests are requested to check and share all dietary specifications, allergies, and intolerances of every party member before making the reservation. This will help us to try and enhance a personalized experience for our guests.

Reservation timings:

• Open All Days
• Seating 1:  6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
• Seating 2: 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Seating 3: 1.30 pm to 04:00 pm (only on Saturdays and Sundays).
• We request you to be on reservation time as it is a 2:30-hour dining experience. 
• If you are running late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

• To confirm your reservation, you will be requested to make an advance payment.
• An increase in the number of diners may not be accommodated due to availability. Kindly inform us prior to arrival should there be any changes to the reservation.
• The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honored by our guests and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.
• A group of 6 or more guests must make a booking in advance.
• A 100% advance deposit is required up to 24 hours in advance for bookings of 6 or more calculated at AED 595 per person. This will be nonrefundable in case of cancellation.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is canceled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.
• For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours before your booking.
• The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Avatara in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other bookings.
• Bookings secured by an advance deposit will be held for 1 hour after the booking time if nobody shows it will be released with no refund.
• Bookings canceled up to 24 hours in advance and secured with a deposit will be granted a 50% refund on the deposit.
• Bookings not secured by an advance deposit will be released 15 minutes after the booking time if nobody shows.
• Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
• Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything, we can allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee your preference.
• As a sustainable restaurant, we prepare food for reserved guests. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to help us minimize food waste and maintain our commitment to sustainability.

Payment Information:

• A payment link will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, upon successful payment a confirmation message will be received, kindly share the correct account code or message at the time of booking or in advance of coming to the restaurant.
• All standard methods of payment are accepted.

Dress Code: 

• The restaurant follows a smart-elegant dress code with long trousers/jeans/jackets for men(recommended) / closed shoes.
• Guests are requested to avoid beachwear/trainers/runners.
• Traditional attire of all nationalities is welcome.

Child Policy:

• Kids below the age of 07 years old are not allowed in Avatara.
• Children from the age of 07 years old are allowed between 6.30 pm – 11.30 pm (every day) and 01:30 pm-04:00 pm (on Saturdays and Sundays).
• Children between 7-11 years old will be offered a kid’s degustation menu.
• Children ages 11 and above will be offered a menu at full price.
• We do not serve ala carte in Avatara.
• The restaurant team may request an ID for age verification.

Other Services:

• Complimentary valet parking is available whilst dining at AVATARA.
• Kindly validate your parking ticket, before departure from the restaurant.
